This on-site role focuses on leading on-site programs, tracking outcomes, and connecting residents with resources to promote stability. You will build partnerships with community organizations and support residents with targeted services.

The position offers immediate PTO, holidays, benefits, and a 403(b) plan with company match, with pay in the $24–$26/hour range depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in community development, social services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collect required data for designated program components and record data in the Mercy Housing database in an accurate and timely way.
• Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered on a regular basis as required.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of residents to offer opportunities and guide them to appropriate services and resources.
• Participate in and/or lead activities within Mercy Housing and with partner agencies to build capacity and enhance relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
