Job summary

Community Frameworks in Spokane, WA is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support residents in affordable housing communities, including Permanent Supportive Housing. Under supervision of the Resident Services Program Lead, you will coordinate services, conduct assessments, provide crisis intervention, and connect residents with community resources.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in social work or human services related field or two years’ experience in direct service/case management is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or human services related field and three years’ experience in direct service/case management in a residential environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides housing stabilization services for tenants at risk of losing housing.
• Conducts resident assessments to develop resident support services plans.
• Provides on-site crisis intervention.
• Plans, facilitates, and attends social, wellness, education, and community building events for residents.
• Creates and maintains a robust resource network of community-based services.
