Job summary

Bryten is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Fort Myers, FL to support daily operations and enhance resident experiences. You will assist with leasing, rent collection, screenings, and coordinating maintenance to ensure timely turns and service quality.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting marketing and occupancy initiatives while upholding Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of residential leasing/property management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily community operations and overall performance.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, payments, delinquency follow-up, and notices.
• Support leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals with outstanding service.
• Process applications, screenings, and assist prospective residents through leasing.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely service and apartment turns.
• Respond to resident questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate resident files and financial records.
• Assist with lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and communications.
• Support marketing efforts and occupancy initiatives.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company policies.
