Job summary

Bryten’s The Vue on 67th is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations and elevate resident experiences in a Florida community. You will assist with leasing, rent processing, and coordinating maintenance while delivering exceptional service to residents, prospects, vendors, and team members.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in residential leasing/property management and strong customer service, with bilingual abilities a plus.

Qualifications

• Residential property management or leasing experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Experience with property management software (Yardi/ResMan/OneSite) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and overall performance of the community.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, payment processing, delinquency follow-up, and notices.
• Support leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals through strong service and operational support.
• Process applications, conduct screenings, and assist prospective residents through leasing.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely service and apartment turns.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain resident files, financial records, and operational documentation.
• Assist with lease renewals, move-ins/move-outs, and communications.
• Support marketing, resident engagement, and occupancy initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Assist with financial reporting and property performance monitoring.
