Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and community performance.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, and notices.
• Support leasing goals and resident retention with service.
• Process applications, screenings, and leasing support.
• Coordinate with maintenance for service requests and turnovers.
• Respond professionally to resident concerns and questions.
• Maintain resident files and financial records.
