Job summary

Hines is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for Wolf Point East in Chicago. This on-site role delivers a 5-star resident and guest experience, coordinating move-ins, move-outs, events, and daily tasks with a focus on local recommendations and seamless service.

You will assist with leasing activities as needed, greet guests, and coordinate amenities and resident events while building relationships with residents, owners, and vendors. A real estate license within 120 days is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• One or more years of experience in residential property management or customer service.
• Must obtain Illinois real estate leasing agent license within 120 days.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fully on-site role five days per week.
• Compensation: $23/hr - $25/hr.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents while assessing their needs and answering questions about the community.
• Offer personalized service to residents, including assistance with transportation, deliveries, and restaurant reservations.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, including providing community information and scheduling appointments.
• Provide knowledge of the local area to recommend activities, local businesses, and services.
• Participate in leasing when needed, including property tours and discussing renewal rates.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures with residents.
• Maintain the package room: auditing, scanning, notifying residents about packages, organizing storage.
