Job summary

Hines is seeking a Leasing Professional - Multifamily to join our Chicago team. You will lead property tours, process leases, and support marketing, advertising, and sales activities to sustain occupancy.

Candidates should have customer service or sales experience, basic to intermediate MS Office skills, and experience with property management software. A IL real estate leasing license must be obtained within 120 days. The role requires flexibility with weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic to intermediate MS Office knowledge.
• Real estate leasing license for Illinois within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents.
• Process lease documentation including screenings and signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about market.
• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Assist with lease renewals and communication processes.
• Build relationships with prospective residents to finalize leases or renewals.
