Job summary

ASSOCIATED ASSET MANAGEMENT is seeking an on-site Community Receptionist at Optima Camelview in downtown Scottsdale. You will be the first point of contact for residents, greet visitors, handle inquiries, and coordinate services to enhance residents' lifestyles.

The role emphasizes administrative support for the Community Manager, CC&R compliance communication, and coordination of events within the building. Prior reception or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask while staying focused and detail oriented.
• Proficient with computer programs and database systems (Microsoft Office, BuildingLink).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for residents and visitors on-site.
• Greet visitors, answer calls, provide information, and respond to requests.
• Coordinate community services and assist the Community Manager with administrative tasks.
• Manage venue scheduling (party room) and vendor COI verification as needed.
• Maintain BuildingLink and community website communications; update resident data.
• Communicate CC&R compliance with homeowners and provide adherence reminders.
