Job summary

Optima Camelview in downtown Scottsdale seeks a friendly on-site receptionist/concierge to serve residents and guests. You will be the first point of contact, greet visitors, answer questions, and coordinate services with the Community Manager.

Role emphasizes excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; you will manage BuildingLink, schedule room reservations, verify COIs, and support HOA/community operations. Experience in hospitality or HOA environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of full-time experience in Receptionist, Customer Service or Hospitality role.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to elicit pertinent information from callers.
• Experience in HOA / property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for residents and visitors, greeting and assisting with inquiries.
• Coordinate services and responds to resident requests to enhance lifestyle and convenience.
• Provide administrative support to the Community Manager and manage communications platforms (BuildingLink, community website).
• Assist with event and venue needs, vendor coordination, and COI verifications for vendors.
