Ziegler Rental, a division of Ziegler Companies, seeks a Rental Coordinator to create, maintain, and close rental agreements while communicating updates to customers and internal teams. This on-site role in Rochester, MN is fast-paced and customer-focused.

Responsibilities include supporting the Rental Sales Team, handling calls, generating quotes, managing invoices, coordinating deliveries, and learning Ziegler’s rental software. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; a 2- or 4-year degree is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Rental industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide rental support to the Rental Sales Team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Answer incoming calls from Sales Representatives, customers, and the rental call center.
• Generate customer quotes, create and close rental agreements while utilizing Ziegler’s proprietary rental software.
• Monitor rental reports to manage daily tasks to ensure process compliance.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and returns with the Transportation Department.
