Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and related software is preferred.
• Rental industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide rental support to the Rental Sales Team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Answer calls from Sales Representatives, customers, and the rental call center.
• Generate quotes, create and close rental agreements using Ziegler's rental software.
• Monitor rental reports to manage daily tasks and ensure process compliance.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and returns with the Transportation Department.
• Ensure accurate invoices, including collection of unpaid balances.
• Build knowledge of rental fleet equipment and applications.
• Collaborate with team members, management, and other departments.
• Assist with inventory management when needed.
• Follow up with Sales Representatives and customers via phone and other channels.
• Participate in after-hours, on-call support as needed.
• Assist with special projects and training when needed.
