Job summary

Ziegler Rental, a division of Ziegler Companies, is hiring a Rental Coordinator to support the Rental Sales Team and manage rental agreements on-site. The role involves processing quotes, coordinating deliveries and returns, and maintaining accurate invoices while delivering superior customer service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in office software; knowledge of rental industry is a plus and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2 or 4 year degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service and office administration is helpful.
• Knowledge of rental operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide rental support to the Rental Sales Team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Answer incoming calls from Sales Representatives, customers, and the rental call center.
• Generate customer quotes, create and close rental agreements using the rental software.
• Monitor rental reports to manage daily tasks and ensure process compliance.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and returns with Transportation Department.
• Ensure accurate invoices and collect unpaid balances.
