Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join the Technology Services and Operations team, supporting endpoint systems. You will assist customers with computer issues on-site or remotely, image and deploy systems for break-fix and refresh, and document work in ServiceNow with high-quality notes while keeping asset records up to date.

The role emphasizes leadership, critical thinking, and continuous learning as Stellarus builds high-performing teams.

Qualifications

CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent required.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and TCP/IP fundamentals.
Experience imaging and deploying systems using SCCM/Intune/JAMF.
Familiarity with ServiceNow for documentation and asset tracking.

Responsibilities

Provide direct installation, diagnostic and problem resolution for PC hardware, software and network services for all employees.
Provide guidance on OS/application upgrades, patches and deployments.
Perform workstation provisioning including installation and configuration of Windows OS and applications.
Update assets (laptops, desktops, VDIs) in Service Marketplace with correct state.
Use tools for remote access (RDP), SCCM, antivirus and directory services.
Demonstrate proficiency with AD components and permissions management.
