Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a computing field or closely related discipline.
• Two years’ experience in information technologies, desktop support and administration.
• Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software across the organization.
• Troubleshoot problems, document issues, and coordinate with vendors or contractors as needed.
• Support network connectivity, server operations, and end-user training; manage asset tracking.
