Job summary
Encore Talent Solutions is seeking an Office 365 Support Specialist for an onsite role in Cincinnati, OH. You will provide hands-on end-user support during and after a Microsoft 365 tenant migration, acting as a customer-facing technical resource to quickly resolve issues and ensure a smooth transition.
The ideal candidate has solid Service Desk or Desktop Support experience, strong communication, and a customer-first approach.
Qualifications
- Experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Computing.
- Hands-on troubleshooting in Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Experience supporting Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and related services.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and user authentication troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose access issues including shared drives, apps, printers, and profiles.
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems and incident escalation.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service orientation.
- Comfort with remote and desk-side support.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated end-user support after a Microsoft 365 tenant migration.
- Be first point of contact for migration-related technical issues.
- Troubleshoot 365 access, authentication, configuration and connectivity.
- Assist users with access to shared resources post-migration.
- Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and related issues.
- Diagnose Entra ID accounts, permissions, and authentication problems.
- Escalate complex issues to migration or infrastructure teams as needed.
- Provide remote and in-person support and document resolutions in ITSM.
