Qualifications

• Proficient in supporting Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS systems.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Zendesk.
• Ability to diagnose hardware, software, peripheral, and basic network issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to students, faculty, and staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users.
• Document incidents and resolutions; maintain knowledge base articles.
• Coordinate with vendors on warranty claims and repairs.
• Assist with IT operations, asset tracking, and device lifecycle activities.
