Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of supervising, patient care, and registration experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel within one year of hire date.
• Analytical ability to plan for subordinates and assist in policy development.
• Interpersonal skills to direct up to five staff and resolve patient issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee registration and billing of patients in the imaging department.
• Train, evaluate and counsel staff; schedule and assign work to ensure staffing.
• Assist in development of policies and procedures; serve as department resource.
• Ensure uninterrupted patient service and maintain quality care in a busy setting.
