Schreiber Foods is seeking a senior Operational Excellence leader to drive plant-level standardization, execution discipline, and equipment consistency. You will mentor OE resources and own Master Scheduling concepts while executing Lean/DMAIC projects to reduce cost, improve capacity, and mitigate risk.

The role requires hands-on leadership, training delivery, and the ability to influence across production sites. Relocation benefits and ESOP are offered in a U.S. salaried setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.
• 8–15 years in Engineering/Operations/Continuous Improvement.
• Minimum 5 years as Black Belt (ASQ).
• 2+ years as Master Black Belt (ASQ) preferred.
• DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen, Change Management knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead Operational Excellence initiatives across multiple plants.
• Drive standardization of processes, equipment, and execution.
• Mentor and guide OE resources across sites.
• Lead Lean/DMAIC projects to improve KPIs (cost, quality, safety).
• Train and develop teams in structured problem solving (A3, SMS, Standard Work).
• Identify capital and non-capital improvements with justification.
