Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking a senior Continuous Improvement leader for our Green Bay, WI operations.

The role champions lean and Six Sigma initiatives across manufacturing and business processes, driving measurable cost and quality improvements through data-driven problem solving. You will train and mentor teams, deploy CI programs, and collaborate with plant leadership to translate customer requirements into updated controls and long-term process discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 12+ years experience in engineering, operations or continuous improvement.
• Black Belt Certified is strongly preferred.
• Master Black Belt trained and/or certified is desirable.
• Travel 30% - 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop SFI Culture - Train, coach, evaluate and reinforce Continuous Improvement principles with partners and Team Members.
• Lead efforts in improving cost and quality initiatives using Six Sigma and other tools.
• Identify and communicate customer requirements and update process controls to reflect best practices.
• Be knowledgeable of OSHA, USDA, FDA, EPA, EEOC, OFCCP regulations as applicable.
• Drive process improvements using problem‑solving methods and data analyses.
