Job summary

Tuff Shed is seeking an Area Sales & Design Specialist to drive sales growth and provide expert design consultation at Home Depot stores within a defined territory. This on-site role requires weekend work and strong relationship-building with store leadership and staff.

You will leverage leads and events, train others on product knowledge, and maintain displays. A valid driver’s license and CRM/computer skills are essential for success in this dynamic, commission-based role.

Qualifications

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Proven relationship building skills.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and provide design consultation to clients.
• Work on-site at Home Depot stores within a territory.
• Manage relationships with store leaders and associates.
• Plan and execute lead-generating events and leverage traffic for sales.
• Build independent relationships and train others on product knowledge.
• Partner with Home Depot leaders and provide sales updates.
• Ensure Tuff Shed displays are presentable and signage is up-to-date.
