P3 Health Partners, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Referral Coordinator to manage and process referrals to internal and external specialists.

You will act as the liaison between P3 Medical Group and network providers, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and handle EMR tasks while delivering patient-centered service. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years in a referral coordination role, and experience with EMR and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Referral Coordinator.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilités

• Initiate referrals within timetable guidelines.
• Build and manage routine and urgent referrals to specialty network providers (following all specific guidelines required by these providers).
• Prepare and process all necessary chart documents and information to the referral source.
• Communicate with the specialty network providers.
• Schedule appointments with specialty network providers, when applicable.
• Communicate with the patients.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility.
• Complete Electronic Medical Record (EMR) tasks.
• Process an average of 35 referrals per day.
• Documentation of all referrals related interactions.
• Communicate with providers/staff promptly.
• Back up to the main patient support center team.
