Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an On-Site Recruitment Coordinator for a prominent client’s East London, Eastern Cape site. The role focuses on high-volume recruitment for operations, production, and support roles, ensuring smooth candidate flow and interview scheduling directly at the client’s site.

You will manage communication with hiring managers, coordinate sourcing, screenings, and site interviews, and maintain ATS records while supporting offers and pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in recruitment coordination or high-volume recruitment.
• Experience with on-site recruitment for industrial/operational clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main recruitment liaison on the client's on-site location.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles.
• Coordinate with on-site hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source candidates through multiple channels to maintain a qualified pool.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and on-site interviews as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the ATS.
• Facilitate on-site interviews, assessments, and site tours as required.
• Assist with offer generation and pre-employment checks in line with client policies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to site management and the recruitment consultancy.
