Qualifications

• Proven experience as Construction Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar leadership role.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials and processes.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for South African sites.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate a site team and manage subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Ensure work follows plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Direct site personnel and subcontractors effectively.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and site rules.
• Monitor progress and report deviations from schedule.
• Oversee site logistics, materials delivery and storage.
• Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks.
