Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead high-volume assignments in East London. You will oversee the full recruitment process from client engagement to candidate placement, ensuring exceptional service and strong client relationships.

You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of clients in East London, ensuring timely placements and a positive candidate journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, results-driven approach and strong organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and successful placements.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
