Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
• Prepare and send offer letters, verifying details before submission.
• Initiate and review background checks and onboarding tasks.
• Complete I-9 verification accurately and within required timeframes.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment and user access data.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout onboarding.
