Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is partnering with a global leader in vegetable and plant-based food manufacturing to recruit an on-site Recruiter for their Jackson, GA plant. This is a one-year, full-time, on-site contract engagement at the facility.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume portfolio of hourly production, warehouse, and plant support roles, collaborating with plant leadership to forecast staffing needs and maintain a hiring pace of roughly 15 hires per month.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume food/beverage manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, or plant-based roles.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated on-site Recruiter for the Jackson, GA plant and leadership team.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume portfolio of hourly production, warehouse, and plant support roles.
• Partner with plant leadership to forecast staffing needs and maintain pace (~15 hires per month).
• Build and maintain on-site relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to prioritize hiring.
• Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines to meet ongoing and upcoming demand.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, requisition status, and pipelines in ATS.
