Qualifications

• 6 months of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience in the United States (agency or corporate).
• Proven sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards to deliver qualified candidates quickly.
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS) and strong data hygiene practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills with demonstrated closings.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer management for on-site hires across the U.S.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and referrals to build a diverse pipeline.
• Conduct structured phone and in-person interviews, assess candidate fit vs. job requirements, and present shortlists to hiring managers with clear scorecards.
• Manage ATS workflow and candidate communication to ensure timely updates, accurate records, and excellent candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates while collaborating with HR/compensation to align offers with budget and policy.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. employment laws, coordinate background checks, and support onboarding logistics for on-site placements.
