• 2+ years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse capacity required.
• Experience sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants.
• Partnership with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair assessment and selection processes.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to build collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Results-driven with focus, energy, and urgency to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly's Bullhorn ATS.
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair assessment and selection processes.
• Customer-centric, with ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency.
