This on-site role supports timely imaging services and ensures privacy compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in healthcare coordination or patient services, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in healthcare, hospital, clinical coordination, patient service, or similar office setting.
• Strong communication with clinicians and staff.
• Ability to manage scheduling and prioritization.
• Awareness of patient privacy and HIPAA principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage radiology telephone calls, emails, electronic messages, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate radiologist-to-provider communications and facilitate physician-to-physician discussions.
• Support radiology procedure scheduling, urgent/add-on requests, and coordination of special procedures.
• Track outstanding requests and escalate issues per policy.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in approved systems.
