Facilitate communication between radiologists and referring physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, technologists, and other clinical personnel. Operate departmental telephone and communication systems to connect radiologists with referring and treating providers and facilitate physician-to-physician discussions.Support timely notification, documentation, follow-up, and escalation of critical and significant imaging results in accordance with departmental and institutional policies.
