Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. in Miami Beach seeks a Radiology Registered Nurse to join our Radiology/CT team. The role emphasizes hemodynamic monitoring, patient safety, and high-quality alignment with our clinical standards.

You will provide pre/post procedure care, administer IV therapy and medications, document assessments, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a busy radiology environment. Florida RN license and BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current Florida nursing license.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Two to four years clinical experience in radiology/CT or related area.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, assesses and documents patient's hemodynamic responses during radiology procedures.
• Monitors and documents vital signs; reports abnormal findings to physicians.
• Performs safe pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care and patient education.
• Administers IV therapy, medications, and ensures aseptic technique.
• Operates and troubleshoots procedure equipment with attention to safety and radiation exposure.
• Transcribes and carries out physician orders per hospital policy.
