Job summary

Brice Pacific LLC, based in California, seeks a Quality Control Systems Manager to lead the three-phase QC program on fast-paced design-build projects at Vandenberg Space Force Base.

You will develop project-specific QC plans, certify submittals, inspect work, resolve non-conformances, and coordinate with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Superintendent to ensure contract and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with PE registration or licensed architect.
• 10 years combined experience in related roles including at least 4 years as QC Manager.
• USACE CQM Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer project QC plans aligned with contract requirements.
• Certify and submit submittals, inspect workmanship for conformance, and document results.
• Lead and document QC meetings; coordinate with Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Superintendent.
