Job summary

Brice Pacific LLC is seeking a Quality Control Systems Manager to oversee the three-phase quality control program onsite at a CA base. You will develop project-specific QC plans, manage construction quality, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.

The role requires on-site presence at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA, coordination with Project Manager and Superintendent, and active oversight of QC documentation and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with PE license or architect license.
• 10 years of combined experience on similar size construction projects.
• 4 years of experience as a QC Manager.
• USACE CQM Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 requirements and safety compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug, driving and background screenings.
• Willingness to travel; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily QC reports and submittal logs.
• Maintain on-site as-built drawings and testing logs.
• Certify invoices/payment requests per contract requirements.
• Lead and document weekly QC meetings with project team.
• Review and certify submittals for client review and approval.
• Conduct inspections to ensure conformance with contract documents and standards.
