Job summary

Brice Pacific LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction projects primarily for federal clients. You will be onsite at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA, assuming profit/loss responsibilities and growth for active programs with USACE, USAF, and other agencies.

You will directly manage costs, schedule, and technical aspects while coordinating business development efforts with leadership. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related business

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or business-related discipline.
• Fifteen+ years of related project management experience.
• Prior USACE experience required; PMP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management principles including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of assigned projects including estimating, bidding, reporting, client interface, timeline, and day-to-day oversight.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and bids.
• Oversee procurement and scheduling of materials, equipment, personnel, subcontractors, and other resources.
• Manage project budgets, time, and cost controls; monitor financial performance.
