Exp Federal is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a project-site role in Norco, California. The ideal candidate will oversee in-field inspections, ensure contract deliverable quality, and drive corrective actions while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years QC experience (government experience preferred), PMP is a plus, and the ability to obtain/maintain US security clearance.

Formación

• Five or more years of quality control experience with a US Government client or equivalent.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Security Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Assure overall quality of contract deliverables and general contract compliance.
• Analyze and oversee in-field inspections and repair processes; identify causes of defects or failures.
• Provide quality control activities to monitor and record QA results, measure performance, and recommend corrective actions.
• Suggest procedures for fault elimination.
• Enter and review corrective action results and produce QC reports.
• Perform QC assessments and audits.
