Job summary

Whitecollars seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Representative for the Louisville, KY project. You will oversee on-site field surveillance of vertical healthcare construction, enforce USACE 3-Phase QC, review submittals, and prepare daily QARs to protect schedule and contract conformance.

Reporting to the COR, you will ensure safety, contract compliance, and timely documentation, with extensive coordination with VA and USACE stakeholders on a complex facility build.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in construction contract administration, quality assurance, or construction management performing field surveillance.
• Minimum 5 years in QA/field inspection on vertical healthcare/hospital construction (VA facilities, military treatment facilities, or acute-care hospitals).
• Demonstrated experience enforcing the USACE 3-Phase Quality Control System on DoD/USACE/federal projects.
• Daily QARs, deficiency logs, and draft modification scopes of work within field surveillance.
• Ability to read, interpret, and disposition multi-discipline plans and submittals for conformance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field surveillance of vertical healthcare construction to verify workmanship and conformance to plans and specs.
• Prepare and submit daily QARs within 24 hours.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and submittal registers; provide recommendations to the COR.
• Audit redline as-built drawings for accurate fieldRecordings.
• Lead safety/quality oversight and participate in contractor coordination meetings.
