Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property Operations, Hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Must be Certified and Licensed by the state for Community Association Management (CAM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows required.
• Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.
• Knowledge and ability to apply local state Statutes and Community documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to the property and book of business.
• Lead a team within the property; uphold standards of excellence.
• Liaise to ensure quality service and board expectations.
• Ensure all contractual obligations with the association are met.
• Initiate contact with new residents.
• Conduct site inspections; identify deficiencies and plan improvements.
• Oversee construction and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain portal records: work orders, meeting minutes, reports.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff; address issues.
