This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property Operations, Hospitality, or Construction.
• Must be Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM).
• Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property.
• Manage functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered.
• Oversee all construction projects and property maintenance.
