Job summary

Capstone Management in Dallas is seeking an on-site supervisor to manage daily operations, leasing support, and resident relations. You will coordinate make-readies, oversee maintenance, and ensure lease compliance while promoting a positive community image.

The role involves assisting with leasing, showing apartments, and preparing move-in documents, with emphasis on resident satisfaction and timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Math skills.
• Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily financial operations: collect and post rent, process deposits and close-out reports.
• Operate the property management software and ensure data integrity with updates and backups.
• Review resident files to identify unpaid or late balances and enforce the lease terms.
• Process vendor invoices, coordinate approvals, and manage communications between vendor, accounting, and client.
• Serve as on-site supervisor in the community manager’s absence and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Assist with leasing, show apartments, prepare lease and move-in documents.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.

Education
