Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and relevant laws.
• Lead leasing, rent collection, and on-site staff supervision.
• Develop operational budgets with Regional Director.
• Maintain and review tenant files and reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain property standards.
• Coordinate vendor relations and schedule maintenance.
