Job summary

Bedrock Property Management seeks a Floating Community Director to lead day-to-day operations across multiple communities. This role ensures resident satisfaction, staff leadership, and smooth transitions during vacancies, leaves, and transitions.

The position requires travel to diverse properties and strong vendor and client relations. You will oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting while upholding Bedrock standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties and priorities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different communities and teams.
• Proven customer service and resident relations experience.
• Proven leadership in multi-site environments, mentoring staff.
• Willingness to travel to various communities 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary or transitional Community Director coverage at assigned communities.
• Assess operational needs and partner with regional leadership to create action plans.
• Maintain leadership continuity and communicate property concerns to regional leadership.
• Deliver exemplary customer service, resolving issues and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Manage financial reporting and workflow, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Mentor onsite staff and model Bedrock core values.
• Drive property performance through occupancy and retention initiatives.
• Represent Bedrock to residents, vendors, and owners.
