Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required and three years' experience in property management, or Bachelor's degree with three years in property management.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, PSH, HUD and conventional property regulations is desirable.
• Valid Texas driver's license and the ability to be insured.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates, and disciplines all staff.
• Manages property office staff and ensures bookkeeping, marketing, and lease prep.
• Coordinates with onsite case management and social service personnel.
• Supervises social service coordinator.
• Assists in budget preparation for the property.
• Markets the property in compliance with Fair Housing and the management agent's guidelines.
• Submits reports as required by management or government.
• Maintains office files and deposits funds properly.
• Inspects property daily and coordinates repairs as needed.
• Responds to resident requests and complaints.
