The Property Operations Runner is the on-the-ground presence, stocking fridges, preparing check-ins, remaking beds after cancellations, and arranging celebrations to delight guests. The role reports to Operations and collaborates with Guest Experience and Cleaning Vendor Coordination teams to ensure turnover-ready properties and real-time guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently with a task list and minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of urgency; guests often await service.
• Physically able to lift and move supplies, linens, and small furniture items.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; small misses affect reviews.
• Comfortable communicating with guests directly via text.
• Familiarity with Nashville neighborhoods or willingness to learn.
• Prior hospitality, delivery, or hands-on guest services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock guest fridges according to each property's supply list and guest requests.
• Shop for items from grocery lists and confirm substitutions with guests via text.
• Set up celebrations (balloons, cake) for guest arrivals and handle service recovery.
• Restock welcome amenities and deliver items during stays (linens, toiletries, chargers, etc.).
• Remake beds, tidy spaces, and perform light touch-ups between cleanings as needed.
• Handle pickup/drop-off of supplies between properties and vendors; follow access protocols.
