Job summary

Hallson Hospitality is seeking a Property Operations Runner to support Nashville properties in real time. You will stock fridges, fulfill guest requests, and perform quick room resets between turnovers.

Responsibilities include organizing supplies, delivering treats for celebrations, and coordinating with guest experience teams to ensure guest readiness and satisfaction. Valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently with a task list and minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of urgency and follow‑through; guests expect prompt service.
• Physically able to lift and move supplies and small furniture items.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Professional text communication with guests.
• Willingness to learn Nashville neighborhoods and traffic patterns.
• Experience in hospitality, delivery, or property services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fridge stocking: shop, replace items, confirm substitutions with guests, and submit receipts.
• Guest celebrations: set up balloons/cake and deliver treats for service recovery.
• Restocking: stock fridges and welcome amenities, deliver items during stays, final housekeeping touches.
• Operational support: move supplies between properties, respond to requests, report issues, maintain vehicle readiness.
