Qualifications

• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Experience in property management is desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform light maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents, issue notices, process applications and leases.
• Conduct annual apartment inspections and market vacancies.
• Prepare reports (traffic, inventory, occupancy, delinquent rent).
• Maintain grounds and respond to resident requests and issues.
• Coordinate maintenance and liaise with residents and vendors.
