Job summary

EAH Housing is seeking a Resident Manager I for Pimentel Place in Hayward, CA. This full-time on-site role oversees daily property operations, tenant relations, rent processing, and compliance with HUD and TCAC guidelines.

Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of affordable housing management experience; Yardi Voyager is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits, generous vacation, holidays, and a 5% 403(b) match.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience.
• Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, DFEH and ADA guidelines.
• Ability to develop budgets and variance reports.
• Strong staff supervision and resident relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents and make bank deposits.
• Prepare rent rolls and verify income compliance with HUD/TCAC/other regs.
• Maintain waiting list and process leases.
• Supervise on-site staff; coordinate repairs and inspections for HUD properties.
