Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in overseeing assets, ensuring client and tenant satisfaction, and driving financial and operational results at an on-site Seattle property.

The AGM will manage property teams, develop strategic plans, and ensure compliance with leases, budgets, and safety standards while representing JLL in the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of commercial real estate or property management experience.
• Minimum of three to four (3–4) years of experience managing a team of three (3) or more people.
• Real Estate License is required within six (6) months of starting your position and must be maintained.
• LEED AP accreditation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of lease agreements and ensure compliance from an accounting and operations perspective.
• Review and approve purchases of supplies and equipment; prepare annual submissions for awards.
• Prepare and review financial documents related to building operations and assist with annual budget documentation.
• Inspect property and equipment; implement asset management plans and coordinate maintenance.
• Serve as primary/secondary contact for tenant service requests and coordinate with the property team.
• Supervise on-site management and engineering staff; ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.
