Community Management Corporation is seeking a dependable, professional on-site Property Manager for our NC apartment community. This part-time role (28 hours weekly) reports to the Regional Property Manager and covers Monday through Thursday duties.

Responsibilities include approving advertising, processing applications, executing leases and inspections, collecting rent, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining resident files while upholding lease rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Clean background screen for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations of the apartment project.
• Approve advertising and marketing materials as directed by agent.
• Process applications by verifying eligibility and background history.
• Execute leases, certifications and move-in inspections with residents.
• Inspect units per policy; charge tenants for damages if applicable.
• Manage resident files and maintenance records; ensure compliance with policies.
