Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a part-time Community Manager for Jessie May McCoy Apartments in Dunn, NC. You will lead on-site staff, drive leasing, marketing, and resident relations, and oversee budgets and NOI to maximize property performance.

The role requires coordinating with residents, vendors, and staff while ensuring compliance with housing regulations and company policies. Weekend availability and travel as needed are expected, with a focus on maximizing occupancy and rental
