Qualifications

• ResMan software experience is required.
• Leasing experience in multifamily housing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and present the community’s features.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and communications through ResMan
• Process applications, prepare leases, and handle renewals
• Assist with resident relations and provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Support marketing efforts, including online listings and outreach
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and inspections
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams for smooth operations
